Rabah KHENATA received the Engineering degree in electronic in 1992 and the Magister (Dr. Eng.) degree in Physics (Materials Sciences) in 1995 from the University of Sidi Bel Abbès Djilali Liabès. In 2005, he obtained the PhD degree at the Faculty of Sciences from the same university, and he was promoted to the rank of Professor in 2011. He has been teaching at the University of Mascara Mustapha Stambouli-Algeria since 1995 until now. In addition, he was appointed Head of the LPQ3M laboratory since 2013 till now. He has more than 450 published papers in internationals scientific journals. His main scientific work is focused on the mechanical, magnetic, optoelectronic, thermodynamic and thermoelectric properties of the crystalline materials using the density functional theory (DFT) as implemented in some computer packages. |
