src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"9\" height=\"10\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0L&rsquo;organisation et le contenu des enseignements,<\/p><p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"9\" height=\"10\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0L&rsquo;organisation des travaux de recherche,<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0Les propositions de programmes de recherche,<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0Les propositions de cr\u00e9ation ou de suppression de d\u00e9partements et\/ou de fili\u00e8res et d\u2019unit\u00e9s et de laboratoires de recherche,<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0Les propositions d&rsquo;ouverture, de reconduction et\/ou de fermeture des fili\u00e8res de post-graduation et le nombre de postes \u00e0 pourvoir,<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0Les profils et les besoins en enseignants.<\/p><p>Il est, en outre, charg\u00e9 :<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0D\u2019 agr\u00e9er les sujets de recherche de post-graduation et en propose les jurys de soutenance,<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0De proposer les jurys d\u2019habilitation universitaire,<\/p><p><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mascara.dz\/fse\/images\/img\/tel_fiche_dl_puce.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0D\u2019 examiner les bilans d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques et scientifiques de la facult\u00e9 qui sont transmis par le doyen de la facult\u00e9, accompagn\u00e9s des avis et recommandations du conseil, au recteur.<\/p><p>Il peut \u00eatre saisi de toute autre question d&rsquo;ordre p\u00e9dagogique ou scientifique qui lui est soumise par le
