The Faculty Council issues the followings:

• Prospects about the development of the faculty,

*Programming actions of research and training of the faculty

• Prospects about national and international scientific cooperation,
• Programming, improving continuous repetitive actions of training, ,
• The proposal of the faculty’s budget ,
• The management of the faculty’s human resources plan project,
• Draft contracts and study agreements, expertise and services provided by the faculty, management of the faculty,
• The faculty’s annual activity report.

The council studies and proposes any measure likely to improve the functioning of the faculty and to promote the achievement of its objectives and gives its opinion on any question submitted to it by the dean.

• Programming of continuous training, improvement and retraining actions,
• The faculty’s budget proposal,
• The faculty’s human resources management plan project,
• Drafting contracts and conventions, expertise and services provided by the faculty and the management of the faculty,
• The faculty’s annual activity report.

The council examines and proposes any needed measures to improve the work of the faculty and to promote the achievement of its objectives. It also provide its opinion about any question raised by the dean
