one (01) birth certificate;

• one (01) copy of the legalized national identity card

• one (01) copy of the certified diplomas

• graduation transcripts (for enrollment in 1st year Magister);

• transcripts of 1st year and 2nd year of magister (for enrollment in 1st year doctorate:

• medical certificates (general medicine and phtisiology):

• letters of recommendation ;

• 02 photos;

• work plan signed by the Supervisor;

• Extract of the minutes of the CS of the faculty of the attachment of post gradation

• two (02) envelopes addressed to the candidate’s personal address:

• one (01) receipt per academic year of the registration fees to be paid to the accounting office of the university;

• for cases of doctoral enrollment files transferred from the home university to the university

• 1-The document transfer form referred to

 Foreign students :

• one (01) birth certificate in French;

• one (01) copy of the first five (05) passports;

• two (02) identity photos;

• copy of legalized diplomas;

• Graduation transcripts (registration in 1st year Magister);

• Graduation transcripts for 1st year Magister registration (1st year Doctorate registration);

• Medical certificates (General Medicine and Phthisiology);

•   letters of recommendation

  • Letter of agreement from the Directorate of Inter-University Cooperation and Exchange, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Algiers;
  • Two (02) envelopes addressed to the candidate’s personal address;
  • one (01) receipt per academic year for registration fees to be paid to the accounting office of the university

  • Cover letter (attach email address, phone and / or mobile number)
  • A certified true copy of the baccalaureate diploma
  • Copies of the 1st and 2nd cycle diplomas (license & master)
  •  Copies of the 1st and 2nd cycle transcripts of the duly authenticated (license & master).
  • A copy of the descriptive annex of the master’s degree
  •  An authorization from the employer for employee candidates
  • Two stamped envelopes addressed to the candidate
  • Handwritten request
  • Registration request form approved by the president of the faculty’s scientific council and by the dean
  • Registration fee 200 DA
  • One (01) birth certificate;
  • One (01) copy of the national identity card
  • Original master’s degree
  •  One (01) of the defense report of the legalized master
  •  Two (02) medical certificates (general medicine and phtisiology)
  • Work certificate or declaration on honor from unemployed legalized
  • Declaration on the honor of not registering for a doctorate at another university
  • Detailed CV, attach supporting documents (internships, seminar, professional experience, etc.)
  • Two (02) recent identity photos
  • Re-enrollment request form approved by the president of the faculty’s scientific council and by the dean
  •  Registration fee 200 DA
  •  Progress of thesis work
  •  CERIST form
