Instructions for Authors

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system in PDF format before the deadline (see Important Dates).

All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers.

As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Minimally, please take the following steps when preparing your submission:

  1. Remove the names and affiliations of authors from the title page.
  2. Remove acknowledgments of identifying names and funding sources.
  3. Remove project titles or names that can be used to trace back to the authors via a web search engine.
  4. Use care in referring to related work, particularly your own.

Length and formatting requirements

The submitted paper must be in English and formatted according to the guidelines.of CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) with (12-15 pages in the Springer LNCS/CCIS one-column page format, 400 words per page), including all figures, tables and references. Use Springer: LaTeX Template or MS Word Template.

Paper submission

Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online Microsoft CMT conference management system in PDF format before the deadline (see Important Dates). Click here to submit your paper

All submissions can be submitted through the Microsoft CMT Conference papers submission system. Those who do not have a Microsoft CMT account will need to create one.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support

Publication

It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending).

Extended versions of Selected papers will be submitted to be published in partner journals or special issues..
