Linking didactics to applied linguistics is important as it helps in achieving the following objectives:
- Emphasizing the significance of applied linguistics.
- Linking the Scientific research to the current scientific context by implementing the linguistic studies in the field of didactics.
- Trying to solve the problems encountering teaching Arabic in Algeria
- Identifying and implementing the main important modern theories of didactics.
- Creating a generation of researchers who will be able to conduct in-depth research about teaching the Arabic language in Algeria.
