Vice Rectorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation and Communication and Scientific Events
In accordance with the interministerial decree of 24 August 2004 on the administrative organization of the Rectorate, the Institute, the annex of the University and its common services, the Vice Rectorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation , Communication and Scientific Manifestations consists of two (02) departments:
– Service of inter-university exchanges, cooperation and partnership
– Department of animation, communication and scientific events
Inter-university exchanges, cooperation and partnership service
The service is responsible for:
- Initiate any action to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the fields of teaching and research,
- Undertake animation and communication actions,
- Organize and promote scientific events.

The vice rectorate through its service, animation and communication and scientific events, manages the organization of the various university events, press conferences, as well as the inaugurations and anniversaries of the various structures.
The service is responsible for:
