To improve the professional and teaching skills of the staff for quality education, the MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme) assumes that the development of a country depends on the quality of its human capital and resources, the MTCP focuses on human resource development mainly through short courses in Malaysian training institutions and long courses in public universities or study tours, practical training.
The fields are: Professional Services-Management and Public Administration-Economics and Commerce-Science-Technology and ICT Management-Industrial Training-Technical-Finance-Diplomacy-Health Services-Humanitarian Aid-Academics-Education-Social Development.
