J’ai l’honneur de diriger le département sociologie, afin d’offrir un nouveau dynamisme, faire renaître le sens de communication,  encourager la recherche scientifique et accompagner l’enseignant chercheur dans ses projets scientifiques ; pour former l’étudiant universitaire et l’accompagner dans son parcours scolaire et scientifique, à travers les ressources matériels et humaines, que l’état algérien offre ; pour donner un nouvel élan dans l’enseignement universitaire, pour la finalité de constituer une élite active, qui contribue à la construction d’une nouvelle  Etat Algérienne.

In the Name of Allah the merciful.

I have the honor to guide the sociology department, so as to offer a new dynamism, to make reborn the communication senses, to encourage the scientific research and to accompany the teachers in there scientific projects; so that to form the university student and to accompany him in his scholar and scientific route, through the human and material resources, that the Algerian State offers; to give a new élan in the university teaching, so as to constitute an active elite, that contributes in the creation of a new Algerian State.
