Apply for the African School of Governance Scholarship Program in Rwanda 2025/2026
Available Programs:
- Master of Public Administration (2 years): Intended for students enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year (final year) in the Public Administration specialization.
- Executive Master of Public Administration (2 years): Designed for administrative and technical staff in the Public Administration field. This is an alternating program (in-person + online) to allow them to continue working.
Required Digital Application File:
Each program’s file must include:
- Academic transcripts.
- Enrollment certificates for students.
- English language proficiency certificate.

Each institution must send:
- One file for the student program.
- One file for the program for administrative and technical staff.
