We have the honour to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is receiving a scholarship from the Hungarian government for the academic year 2025-2026.
This offer is for:
Graduate students enrolled in the last year of their bachelor’s degree wishing to prepare for a Master’s degree and those enrolled in the last year of their Master’s degree wishing to prepare for a PhD, and fulfilling the eligibility criteria for a residential training abroad.
It is recalled that this programme is only eligible for the grant awarded by the Hungarian party, and the final selection is the responsibility of the Hungarian party.

The selection of eligible candidates and the procedures for submitting applications at university level will be decided by the regional conference at a later date.
To this end, I would be grateful if you would kindly disseminate this offer widely to all higher education institutions and send us the list of candidates selected by the C.R.U as well as the selection minutes before 13 February 2025.
