On the morning of November 17, 2024, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of Executive Decree No. 279.03 dated August 23, 2003, which defines the university’s tasks and the specific rules for its organization and operation, as amended and supplemented, Professor Ibrahim Boudrah, Director of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University of Mostaganem, chaired the Board of Directors meeting of Mustafa Stambouli University of Mascara. The meeting focused on the following topics:
- Review of the proposed amendment to the 2024 budget.
- Integration of suspended investment operations as of December 31, 2023, into the 2024 budget.
- The process of receiving books donated by the Director General of the National Library.
