In the context of international cooperation in higher education, the Deputy Directorate of University External Relations informs all students that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer for a scholarship in Azerbaijan for enrollment in a doctoral program for the 2025-2026 academic year, as part of the ‘Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program.’
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant must be enrolled during the 2024-2025 academic year in:
Second-year Master’s (M2)
Fifth year of engineering training
Third year of the second cycle in higher education institutions
The applicant must be among the top of their class (Major de promotion).
The applicant must hold a TOEFL certificate.
The applicant must have a ‘5 Stars’ certificate.
Components of the Digital Application File (One PDF):
‘Top of the Class’ certificate issued by the academic supervisor.
Registration certificates for the five years of study.
Transcripts for the first four years.
‘5 Stars’ certificate.
TOEFL certificate.
